I told you, eating is what we do best!
Night Games! Yes, these are the best times ever!!!
I've had a real busy week and am just NOW having time to update my blog! So much has happened. My great grandma Ruby of 95 passed away last week and I went back home (again) for the funeral. It was a sad but good thing, now she is with grandpa in heaven. It was wonderful having all the family together again, I know my grandma was smiling down on us. Great Grandma Ruby had 3 children, one of which is my grandma pete. Grandma pete had 5 children whom have 22 kids all together. I am placed me 2nd (always after Misty of course) out of my 22 cousins. We then gave Grandma Ruby 7 great great grandchildren just a month before her passing away. So if you can only imagine the rows we took up in the chapel! It was a wonderul sight!! The family had a great time together: sharing memories, telling stories, eating (this is what our family does best), playing night games, wrecking 4 wheelers (only those UNDER driving age), sitting around the fire pit, and learning about how much trouble Uncle Terry is in now that Grandma Ruby knows what REALLY happened to poor Muffy! :)
Love you Grandma!!!!
I have a ton of photos I want to upload so enjoy...

We have been very BUSY!!
Pajama Party!! Amber and Mom came to visit one week after I had Shelby. Here are the new cousins! It took Kamree about 1 1/2 wks to start calling our baby Shelby rather than 'baby koy'.
Here is a picture of Shelby because she is so darn cute!! We love having her in our family...although she has put a damper on my sleep schedule! :)
Here is Lexi on her first day of Preschool. She loves it soo much. She doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. Now she wants to ride a bus to school.
My best friend Lisa from high school came to visit for Labor Day. She brought her husband and their to cute kids. We had soo much fun catching up and hanging out together. I wish I could see her more often. Our little ones got along well, here is Mike reading them a book.
Here is Shelby at 1wk old and Mckoy at 7wks old. They are so different in size but are going to be very close cousins!! We wish we could see Mckoy more often :(

Baby Shelby is here!!!
Our new bundle of joy is here! We had here on Thursday the 14th at 12:12AM and she weighed 6pds 5ou. She fell right in line with the other two girls. As you can see she has the dark hair as well, although I do not think it's as much as Kamree had. We finally named her before leaving the hospital, Shelby...although Kamree calls her 'baby coy'. This is Amber's little baby, whom Kamree associates all babies with. Kamree keeps saying "I want to hold it"...even though we keep pushing that her name is Shelby. Lexi loves the baby a ton. The first night home I woke up to a early morning feeding of 3 AM and Lexi was laying next to Shelby just watching her sleep, then she sat and talked with me until I was done feeding the baby. It's like Lexi wants to be there for everything and doesn't want to miss out. The girls have been all over Shelby, but they have been really good so far. No eyes poked out yet! It is for sure going to be an adjustment, but hopefully we get it down soon. Our family is doing well, we are just exhausted and trying to rest often.

Backyard Fun
Lexi went to Preston with my family for RODEO weekend. I can't believe we had to miss it this year, we were bummed. When Lexi got back, her feet and ankles had been attacked by mosiquitos. So here is a picture of her wearing two different shoes all day. She insisted on wearing her clogs, although the one foot hurt because of the bites, so she thought she was pretty smart to put a flip-flop on that foot. I tried to get her to were both flip-flops, but she is a stubburn 4 yr old.
Here is a picture of Kamree following EVERYTHING Lexi does. (Kam is climbing UP the slide rather than the ladder) I scored this swingset for only $50!!! and the girls have been having a great time on it, even though this means Kamree trying things she probably shouldn't! :) Since this day, Lexi and I have talked about what she can and can't do in front of Kam...like going down the slide standing on her feet!
At the lunch table the other day Lexi says to me "mom, we need to get some Oxi-Clean to get the stains out of our shirts" and I said "we have Oxi-Clean already, where did you get that from?" then she tells me she saw it on TV. I just had to laugh. I did not think we watched TV that much, but she is a sponge right now and taking everything in. I guess at least it was an advertisment for Oxi-Clean and not something else!!

My sister came and stayed with us for a week and we were able to spend time with my new nephew!! We had soo much fun and the girls loved holding the little babe. It definetly gave us a taste of what it will be like when our little one comes in a couple of weeks. We got out some of the baby stuff for Mckoy, like the bouncer. But as you can see Kamree thought it was for her. She keeps saying "Kamree chair" and wont let anyone else sit in it. She may have a hard time sharing some things with the baby, guess we'll deal with that when she gets here. I do wonder the weight limit on the bouncer, its almost to the ground when Kam is in it!!
Also we were able to get with the Dean family for some more fun on the slip & slide. Lexi actually went on it this time and enjoyed herself with her cousins. Having Bre'elle to watch helped her a bit to not be afraid I guess. I wish she would try things out more, but I realize its nice at times that she practices caution so I'm not worrying about her AND Kamree.
We have been a little bored lately stuck in the house. I am suppose to be 'resting' but its so hard when it is nice outside and the girls want to go play. But I scored big on a great deal for a swing set for the girls. So Mike got it set up in the back yard and the girls are in heaven and I can sit in the a/c house!! The park is just across the street but the sun is so hot and there is NO shade!!! We are finally realizing just how close we are to having our baby (just 2 1/2 weeks!!) So we are starting to get things ready. We still haven't fully decided on a name...any suggestions?
We are very excited to start this new chapter of our lives, and I am very excited to be done with this belly!! I can not wait to lay on my tummy!

Summer Fun

I just went home for the 4th of July because my sister FINALLY had her baby!! His name is Mckoy and it's nice to have a boy in the family for a change. He is the cutest baby and I can't wait to see him some more. He was in the NICU for a week so we didn't get to hold him too much, but he's home and well now. We went to the lake for the holiday and stayed in a cabin with the extended fam. Lots of fun and way hot, but the girls loved the water and the sand!! Here are a few pics of us with some of the Dean family a couple of weeks ago, Kamree chowing down on corn, and me being more afraid to cross the log then Alexis!! :)

Lexi's 4th Birthday
Lexi had two birthday parties: a fairy one with her fairy friends and one with family combined with Jeremy's homecoming party. She was spoiled and loved all the attention. I can not believe she is already 4, she is so grown up!
